Epd consultants was set up in September 1980 by Dr. S. P. Deshpande after he resigned from his post as Chief Town Planner (Goa). Epd consultants undertakes projects across the architectural spectrum including new commerical projects (auditoriums, religious dwellings, hotels, and resorts), residential design (apartments, independent houses, and luxury villas), and area development projects. In early 2003, Epd consultants welcomed aboard Avanti Chauhan as a partner, ushering in a new era for this firm. Avanti added an extra dimension to the firm with interior design expertise and and her passion for innovative design, allowing the firm to provide 100% service to the customer from structural planning to beautiful and functional finished spaces.
